Publish and Subscribe to Azure ServiceBus Topics using a simple API. Use the PublicationManager of T (ideally, T should be either string or byte[].) Use PublicationResourceManager to list and delete resources (entities like topics, subscription) Requires an Azure ServiceBus Account that supports Topics.
