It will replace the default NotFound handler with one that you can change, in order for it to handle more NotFound cases than the built-in handler. It also includes a custom redirects feature for editors to add redirects. The NotFound handler logs all 404 errors as suggestions and present them in a list in the custom redirect feature, which will allow editors to easily add redirects based on the logged suggestions.
